Purpose of the Role

To manage the complete travel requirements of the corporate client, which involves conducting research and collecting information on the destinations, flights & hotels which suits the clientele.

To be first point of contact to provide travel details and up-selling of related product and this within the guidelines of our company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Handling incoming travel request (booking tickets, hotels, transfer & etc) by email & phone.

Research various destinations and means of travel regarding fares, customs, weather conditions & etc.

Follow client’s process of ordering tickets/services.

Follow process of seeking appropriate approval’s before offering services.

Actively up-selling and cross selling of our various products

Diagnose the client’s specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages

To promote special IT & Corporate fares for all packages to maximize profits.

To provide feedback on the daily operational processes and commercial relationship with key personnel.

To comply with company regulations while making the itinerary.

To use only company approved suppliers/vendors.

Purpose of the Role
Promoting and selling Holidays & Travel products, handling leisure related tasks to ensure company profitability and achieving targets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Industry market research to make sure that our Holidays products are competitive
  • Create promotions as per the market demands
  • Create Holidays marketing collaterals ,viz. flyers, brochures, digital marketing content as per marketing guidelines
  • Handling holiday packages enquiries to conclusion from walk-in, corporate clients and online channels. Log in inquiries for follow through conclusion
  • Converting enquiries to bookings to achieve monthly & yearly sales target on Holidays packages.
  • To do tele sales on holiday packages.
  • Keeping product and brand knowledge up to date whilst having in-depth knowledge of the company’s brochures & destinations.
  • To update daily & weekly holidays package sales report
  • To promote special IT & Corporate fares for all packages to maximize profits.
  • To participate in trade expos/exhibitions/brochure launches or any other promotional event conducted by tourism board.
  • To comply with Holidays division regulations while constructing the package.
  • To use only company approved suppliers/vendors.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Assisting Travel Consultant on Holidays package.
Seek management assistance and guidance by reporting any issues/worries related to reservation & ticketing which can escalate in the future.
